The Theatres Site is our main concern right now. It's confusing finding what you want right away. We designed it as simple for the visitors not advertisers. It's free from ads and our links offsite are the best references we could find.
We have taken several 'straw polls' and received an avalanche of moans from visitors
• ..Can't find out what it's all about about .. • ..The sites think you're a theater expert and know what you're after but I don't! .. • ..You click on a link for the name of a show and all you get ads for hotels or whatever.. • ..I spent ages searching and when I went to get a ticket I found the show was over ... I gave up.. • I go into town for a half price ticket and decide when I get there - online's a mess...... • ..It's not the money it's the **** time it takes to get the details.. • ..What a pain.... some of the forms you have to fill in ..
We could go on - instead we decided to do what we could to make a night out at the theatre a pleasure - right from the start. The public LOVE live music. That's why over 50% of the shows are great musicals.
